Wye Cottage, Tolgullow, St Day, Redruth
This project involved a hip to gable extension to a Grade II listed cottage, designed
to provide additional living accommodation while preserving the architectural and historic
significance of the building and its setting.

Careful consideration was given to scale, materials, and detailing to ensure the extension read as a sympathetic and subservient addition to the host property. The proposal was supported through a clear heritage-led justification demonstrating no harm to the significance of the listed building or its setting.
