This project involved a domestic extension to an existing dwelling, designed to improve internal living space while respecting the scale, character, and appearance of the host property. The proposal was carefully developed to ensure the extension read as a natural and subordinate addition, with minimal impact on neighbouring amenity. The scheme made efficient use of the existing residential plot and was supported by a clear planning justification in line with local and national policy.
